DESIGN/BUILD
We provide Design/Build and Fit-Out services for our clients who are aware of their Financial Bottom-line; Those clients prefer a shortened development schedule, require built-in efficiencies within the design and construction process. We provide Design/Build and Owner's representation services to those clients who are familiar with the intracacies of Real Estate property management and require an expedited approach to the process.
In Design/Build DDG manages each facet of planning, design, documentation, and budget phase establish an effective and efficient decision making proces. Our early dialogue helps eliminate a large percentage of administrative, indirect, and long-term cost associated with building today.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The DDG team assist our clients minimize their operating cost and maximize the building's performance. The team understand that property and facility operation may be secondary to property investment; however, it drives their core business - long-term return . By turning to a team who has the understanding, and can provide integrated, pre-emtive facilities and property management solutions will establish the design and constructibility requirements into those long-term returns. D+DG’s ability to design innovative architectural concepts is only the beginning. Our capabilities include product development of related products and use. Utilizing the resources of our manufacturers, researchers, our engineers, and science partners we have nutured products from the concept stages to real world application and adaptive uses. Our team develop its concepts to evolve or to better service a need. D+DG create, model, and prototype an application providing the necessary materials data to our partners for fabrication and manufacturing. The company has been instrumental in the production phase lifecycle on household an sport related objects.
